Strength training

Strength training, built around longevity

Every session is guided by a personal trainer who helps you move pain-free, regain your strength and feel confident in the gym. Delivered in small groups of six, training is tailored to your level, whether you are just starting out or building on what you already have.

The Chapel Studio

A space built to help you train

Your environment shapes you. We’ve invested as much into the studio itself as the coaching, because a space that motivates you to show up is as important as what happens once you’re here.

Brick building with a slate roof and three dormer windows labeled 'THE CHAPEL WELLNESS STUDIOS' above four large arched windows and a central door, with two potted plants by the entrance under a clear blue sky.

Why train with us

01

Future-proof your body

Strength training helps maintain bone density and muscle mass as you age, both key to staying capable and independent for longer.

02

Training that grows with you

A wide range of equipment and the ability to regress or progress every session keep training varied and matched to you, whether you’re starting out or pushing further.

03

The same coach, every time

You train with the same coach every session, so they get to know you, your limitations and your progress over time, not just a name on a sheet.

04

Small group, real community

Training in a group of six means proper coaching at a lower cost than private sessions, alongside people on the same journey, which keeps you far more accountable than training alone.
