couples training

Train together

Whether it’s a partner, a friend or a family member, training as a couple means you get the guidance of a coach with the studio to yourselves. Available in both strength training and reformer Pilates.

Built around you both

One coach, working with both of you throughout the session. Programming adapts to two different levels, goals or starting points, so you train together, each at your own pace.

Why train with us

01

Built in accountability

Training alongside someone you know keeps you both showing up, and makes progress something you share rather than manage alone.

02

A more private experience

Couples sessions are just the two of you and your coach, with the whole studio to yourselves.

03

A confident way to start

If group training feels like a big step, training as a couple is a natural way to build confidence before joining classes, or simply somewhere to stay.

04

Time together, well spent

Catch up with a friend or spend time with your partner, while doing something productive for your body at the same time.

Reformer Pilates

Guided Pilates sessions in a calm, private setting

“Couples training has quickly become one of the most popular ways to train at The Chapel. There’s something about working towards your goals together that makes the whole process feel more sustainable. It gives you a private space to build confidence, structure and habits that last, side by side.”
