Reformer Pilates

Stretch, sculpt, align

Every session is delivered in small classes with expert guidance, in a private studio built for calm, focused work. Sessions build strength, improve posture and restore mobility, without ever feeling rushed.

The Pilates Studio

A space to breathe and reset

We believe the environment you train in shapes how you show up. Light, warm and considered, the studio is designed to help you slow down, clear your mind and move with intention.

Why train with us

01

Improves posture, strength and flexibility

Reformer Pilates strengthens the muscles that support good posture, builds strength and tone without stressing your joints, and improves range of motion, easing everyday stiffness along the way.

02

The same teacher, every time

You train with the same teacher every session, so they get to know your body, your limitations and your progress over time, not just a name on a sheet.

03

Small classes, real community

Classes are kept deliberately small, so coaching stays personal and you train alongside people on the same journey as you.

04

Every session delivered with intention

Nothing ever feels rushed or generic, every detail of your session is thought through, from how you’re guided to how you’re supported.

Josie, Reformer Pilates Instructor

From dynamic, energising flows to slower, classical reformer work, Josie’s classes are designed to build strength, control and confidence on the reformer. With a maximum of five people per class, there’s space for individual guidance while still keeping the energy of a group session. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have years of experience, each class can be adapted to meet you where you are.

"Reformer Pilates isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving with more control. I want every class to feel calm and considered, never rushed, so people leave feeling stronger and more connected to their body than when they walked in."

other ways to Train

Find the session that's right for you

Classes are at the heart of what we do, but they’re not the only way to train. Whether you're looking for extra one-to-one support or want to train with someone you know, we'll help you find the right fit.

Start with a one-to-one session

Not sure about joining a class, or managing an injury? That’s completely normal. Whether you’re feeling nervous about training in a group or have an injury or condition your teacher should know about first, we recommend starting with a one to one session, so your teacher can work with you directly before you join a class.

Prefer to train with someone you know?

We also offer couples training across both strength and reformer Pilates, with the whole studio to yourselves and just your teacher.

FAQs

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

What is reformer Pilates?

A mix of mobility, strength, flexibility and breath work, performed on a reformer machine that uses springs for resistance. Low impact, but genuinely challenging.

Can I come if I’m pregnant?

We’d advise against reformer Pilates while pregnant unless you have sign off from your doctor.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, fitted workout wear and grip socks. Grip socks are available to purchase in studio if you don’t have your own.

Do I need experience to join?

Not necessarily, but if you’re new to the reformer, we’d recommend starting with a one to one so you can get familiar with the machine before joining a class.

How many people are in a class?

Up to five, so everyone gets proper attention from their teacher.
