Built on family values. Driven by results.

The Chapel dates back to 1879. For years it was home to Sutton Images, a Formula One photography agency run by my father, Keith. When we decided to turn it into a wellness studio, we saw a chance to build something different, a space run by family, for people who want to feel comfortable and confident while they train.

More than a place to train.

There was nowhere in Towcester like it. Every gym felt built for people who already knew what they were doing, with little thought for anyone who didn’t. We created The Chapel to change that. We believe the people and the environment around you shape how you train, so we’ve put as much care into the space as we have into the coaching itself.

Three years on, The Chapel is still family run, still driven by the same belief, that considered coaching in a space you actually want to be in gets better results.
